Each story, regardless of how I feel about it, gives me pause for consideration and The Art of Elsewhere was no exception. I love the theme of this book and how Smith has carried this through each story. All that aside, I love the way she structures each and abandons norms, which of course also plays into the over-riding theme of the book. I wonder how much of this style she carries through to her other work, such as the repetitive use of the same word. I'm very interested to find out.
