Mindfulness (Kindle Enhanced Edition): A Practical Guide to Peace in a Frantic World - Prof. Mark Williams

I'm into week five which is all about how the body responds to negative feelings, which unfortunately I have far too many of!! What I'm having to do is deliberately think these thoughts, see how they affect my body and not try and change them, but accept them and see them for what they are. It's quite hard, because really, who wants to deliberately bring those thoughts to the fore-front of your mind? Hopefully in time though, I'll become better equipped to deal with them.
